Hi.
Yet again a politician flouts the rules.
Driving without insurance, to cap it all he is the SNP Transport minister

Totally disgraceful, should be fired on the spot. The big picture to me if he can't be bothered to check and it's a simple task then he cant be capable of the job he is in.
