Yes but the law I have to abide by is the Law of England and Wales. But as regards Rx’s the law become selective in that it is impossible to gain a free Rx illegally in Wales but not in England
Whilst I am a huge admirer of many aspects of Scottish Law - House purchase being one of them - where a service - such as the health services are “cross border” I don’t think it unreasonable to want commonality.
