The changer has a small bracket bolted to each side (#2 & 3 in diagram).

The underside of each bracket has two fixed screws that go through the glovebox floor and four nuts hold them in place (#5 in diagram). Access to the four nuts is from inside the passenger fuse compartment, which is opened using the two slotted turnscrews on the cover.

You might find the CD changer cables run down through a hole in the glovebox floor.
