but! i gound the failure self... why i wrote here the question? when i start searching for the failure on the pcb i found many bad joints!
i solder every connection new... with hot air soldergun and with normal solder iron.
then... i start searching for bad caps and resistors... complete i change 3 resistors and 4 caps! i found 6 bad joints which connect bottom and topside.
and the end of the game was the resistor r700 in the posted diagramm. this resistor goes up to infinetly... for me the sign.. to change him... and then?
i make a component test in webasto diagtool... failure gone!
i have no problem to share my experience...
