Phil; here's your supplier of new motor brushes. Ignore the word 'heater', they are for the radiator motor and the specification was drawn up after consultation with me and club member Greeners. I have them in my own car's fan motor.

Yes, I have a KV6 2.5 litre too and with careful manoeuvring the plastic mouldings can remain intact.
