I think I agree with what Number 6 says.---I don't see that it is set correctly.
Now you have added some more information it is obvious that the reason it cuts out is the mixture weakens. Whatever is supposed to add fuel and air at 12/1 as you open the throttle just isn't doing it.
There is a blockage in a jet or fuel passage.--- |
