At last. Road legal again. Full years commercial certificate from the Dva testing agency in Northern Ireland. Nothing sucks more than being unable to drive your land rover.

I am extremely proud of this build. I've done everything on my own on my driveway, and even when I struggled with the drive shafts and a fee mates couldn't even get them in I kept going and going.

Nearly defeated me, cost me about £900 in parts and easily a hundred labour hours as I've no guns or tools other than my own strength and breaker bar some of it was very challenging when the following was needed.

Majority of this would have been "OK" but I decided I didn't want it just to randomly fail and leave me standard off road or on.

Front arms
Front bushes (both sets)
Front arm bushes (had to be pressed in)
Control arm Bush brackets
Drop links
Ball joints
Steering rack (absolutely worst job I've ever done on these)
Steering control arms
Abs sensors x4 (working but found bad repairs all over)
2x front calipers
2x front brake lines
Discs and pads front
Brake master cylinder, slave and abs pump
Brake / turbo vacumn pump
All vacume hoses
New head lights and wiring
Gear box oil
Diff oils
Vcu replaced with new one
Vcu brackets and bushes
Diff bushes front and rear
Rear brakes, shoes and handbrake cables
Rear brakes again when the apex shoes crumbled on the mot testing rig, must have been fakes.
Plus various servicing etc

New td4 injectors to go in this weekend and then hopefully a dual map in the immediate future.

Unnecessary mods but done anyways

Lift kit 40mm (easily 10 hours in that alone stripping out rear of the van and fitting them)
V6 bumper
Kangaroo bar and fitting
Towbar swap from Swan neck to commercial farm style
Window and light tints
Seat swap

Aye easily £900 in parts in her and I'd say over 100 hours on it over last 14 months. And I'm not done. Lol.
