Is it definitely the water pump, and not the PCB, remembering you can always substitute one from your known working FBH, then that is one easy way to move forward.

at the moment I have no idea what the problem is. The FBH shuts down at 2 minutes 6 seconds or there abouts. I have moved the pcb to a working FBH and still it wont fire up. I don't want to move the working PCB across in case I screw that too. The fan seems to be working.
I will re-measure the resistance of the glow plug to see if that shows anything. I will put 12v across the water pump to see if I can hear it working. Once these two tests are done I'll go from there.
