Is it possible to fit a separate water pump to use with a webasto FBH if the pump on my FBH has gone faulty?

spares seem very expensive compared to the price of a second hand unit.
This car is costing a lot of my time and far too much money.
Used the car both days this weekend and missed the FBH.
