The third party admitted liability on her report, I had confirmation of this from her insurer and when RSA contacted me they also told me I wouldn't have anything to pay as the third partys insurance was paying for everything.

The worst thing is that neither me or the third party were in our vehicles at the time. Lol

All i've had since are personal injury companies pestering me to put a claim in, probably getting 2-4 phonecalls a day since the incident occurred.
Vultures, absolute vultures. The entire industry is designed to do nothing but take as much as they can from you.

I felt for the third party, heavily pregnant lady who was shaking terribly with the shock of what had happened. She was terrified of telling her husband what had happened and my other half had to calm her down and reassure her everything was ok and no one was hurt.

I just feel really deflated that through no fault of my own i've been rogered good and proper by a big corporate...
