No disrespect to anyone who organise fantastic show meets but these are by far the best meets in the country in my opinion, simply because they are hands on maintenance and repair workshops. They exist to help and educate owners of our cars and share as much information as can be about procedures, work arounds and maintenance tips.
This is why we try to get to as many as we can to add my token input despite the 230 mile round trip. (Well that and to see all the good friends we have made over the years
)
We used to have a sister meet to this in Yorkshire called "Spanner meets" with the same pro-former but unfortunately we lost our venue ( Doncaster Air Museum) so they are no more.
