That is brilliant, thank you! I didn't know they were called 'spire clips'. Yes, Stainless Steel ones would be best. Also, thanks for the link for the 2-part fastener rivets, I need some of those! But the size issue raises its head again. 6 mm or 8 mm? Or larger?
