I still have my parents mangle in my garden as an ornament! The farm where I was born had no electricity, but made up for it by size - the dining room table could seat 20 in comfort!
My current house has a 16 foot walk-in pantry - great, but nobody knows what a pantry is these days. Don't know what they are missing.
