I wonder if it would be possible to install a grease nipple to these arms so the ball joints could have a proper dose of grease?

If a small hole was drilled from the underside of the ball joint and a self tapping style grease nipple installed.

I know the rubber could be lifted before installation to put some grease in but if the grease came in from the underside it should make these last longer.

I think I have a spare arm, I will have a look to see if it is a workable idea.
