Are you sure you're not browsing the forums in Private Mode? Safari on iOS7 now makes it easier to turn Private Browing on, before iOS7 one had to go into the settings to activate it. Now you just tap on it in the lower left corner when you want to use it. When it's on your safari window turns black, when off it's white. And when Private Browsing is on all cookies and browsing history is not saved so that's why you would need to log on at every visit.
