I think that figure is in the right sort of area. The oil alone could be £50ish plus filter plus maybe fuel filter/pollen filter/air filter etc. will soon add up to £100ish. At least they didn't try the stunt that one garage did to us. They charged us for 5 lots of 1 litre of oil - at the cost of 5 litres per litre (about £200 in oil
). It was an "oversight" apparently

Labour sounds like 1-2 hours and MoT is at about full price. The quote for the cambelt is very similar to the one I need for the Passat in a few months time.
