There are a few jobs to be done on the V6 now in its 21st year. Currently in the UK in storage, they are not big jobs and could be a cure for boredom. Although one opinion was to scrap the car.

The only issue I have with the V6 engine since it was changed last summer, is the coolant level. In February during my last visit to the UK, on checking the level, it was just below the fins. I had to buy a container of the red stuff ready mixed for top up.

Oil level was not losing

A/C cool as a cucumber.

Power steering fluid seeping, looked over full.

The door windows struggle to go up and down or get stuck.

The rear left passenger door is jammed.

The left front and left rear carpets are soaking wet.

The boot carpet I dried out and I have left it out until the drains are done.

The vacuum brake pipe has to be replaced blah blah

Check wheel balance and alignment.

Not quite enough to scrap the car, but what do I know

Apart from that, everything is good, a beautiful and pleasing drive

That’s all about the V6
