He does big rebuilds from chassis Andy. The thing is they can take time and the customer tends to mostly pay at the end. Tom told me these little jobs are the bread and butter that allow him to work on vintage stuff and still price fairly.
As for workmanship. Iv'e paid a supposed top notch garage in the past to repair a Vauxhall and compared to Tom they were terrible. Tom doesnt mind you watchi g and he sends photos as he works if you provide contact info.
