Initially I was thinking it was something to do with your monitor calibration, however it looks ok on my phone both in this thread and when downloaded to the phone.
What happens if you download another image (not yours) to the phone , and perhaps from different websites too.
As it stands I would suggest looking into the settings of the phone/gallery. I cannot think of any other reason. Raw files saved with non standard profiles can cause issues, but it displays fine on my phone so I doubt colour profile is an issue.
