You're joking! No one of that kind miles around here in my South West of France area!
However brand dealers (Jaguar Land Rover or any other one) are repairing cars but I don't know any selling products like in a shop...
I can go at general stores like Norauto or the like but there isn't any chance to find such special oil like ATF 402.

BTW Rovers are now disappearing at high speed from our roads.
You're going to laugh but the last one I've seen a few weeks ago 30km far from home was coming from... the Island of Man!
