Myself would check MAF by disconnecting it first to see if things improve. Thought it mostly does it work at the lower revs up to 2000rpm.
Also would check if the EGR is not clogged and the O-rings at the intercooler are ok (no oil behind left hand light) to make sure the engine still gets full turbo charged, before starting to buy parts.
