I fitted my Synergy at 28000 miles last September.
Now have 48000 on the clock with no problems.
I have the Pierburg MAF and usually use setting 6, also have the aluminium flexi pipe in place of the standard air intake.
I'll monitor things though, and tempting fate no problems so far.
