What I'll do is buy one in, modify it and send it back to him for him to make a 75/ZT specific version. A bit of phaff - especially as we'd be looking at shipping to and from the US (d'oh!), but if this means a finished product that requires no further modifications, then I think that it's worth it.
I'll chat with him again... I wonder whether he can do something about the shape - particularly the curved corners? Ideally, we'd want these squared off, but I guess we'll see.
