Derek that's very unusual,
There should by rights be a discrete code for your combination, which is to say the least pretty unique
You have Ash Grey door cards with light smokestone fabric which complements the light smokestone centre console and main trim, yet as you say the seats are Gunsmoke Alcantara and should have Ash Grey centre fabric on the door cards.
When were the seats added?, my guess would be that the car left the factory as a standard LBB - Ash Grey / Light Smoketone interior with the Ash Grey seats, then either at the dealership or sometime after, at the customers request (was it yours from new?) the Alcantara seats were added
