I know from past experience that Physios are sadists!
I'm trying to keep mobile and I can, up to a point, then I
HAVE to sit down and let the pain reduce. Its morphed into varying levels of sciatic pain in my right hip depending on what or how much I do, its eye watering when it really lets rip.
Ging asked if I can make a cauldron of carrot soup for her. I'm doing it (slowly) in instalments, just been gathering what I need. I'm setting up at the lounge table as standing peeling, chopping the carrots etc is a no no.
Update: I never thought peeling and chopping carrots could be so bleedin' painful! Working at the table seemed like a good idea but the hard chair isn't compatible with an injured lower back and hip. Having another break before finishing then got to try to stand at the cooker for a while
