As the is integrating an iPod it will support whatever the iPod supports. The iPod outputs line level audio to the car radio.
iPods basically support Mpeg2 layer 3 (MP3), layer 4 (AAC/M4A) and "Apple Lossless" which is a non-destructive compression. Possibly will MPEG2 Layer 2 (mp2/mpg) work as well. For video there are other codecs supported.
WMA, FLAC, OGG and others can not be used unless you load your ipod with non-apple firmware (rockbox) but non-apple firmware is probably guaranteed not to work with the Intravee as it wouldn't talk "ipod" anymore.
