I don't think its as simple as just swop it over and add on the miles. I seem to recall reading that a few miles after a "swop" the mileage will read something like 999999.
Other than asking Rick Sta about his de-line service you could maybe go back to the low-line dash but that will still need someone who is clever with a T4 to make it work right.
