It's mounted in the boot lid liner, RHS rear corner (the one at top right when the lid's open)...

To gain access you have to drop down the RHS rear seat back and reach through to the far LH corner (as you look into the boot). Lever out the plastic handle and pull on it.

It's the 1999 edition, but largely OK for the facelifts.
