Referring to the image, can someone suggest where those bushes are?

Are they just a single item or molded into one of the components?
If the advisory is talking about the trailing arm bushes, they're available as separate items - #2,3,4 here. But the advisory wording doesn't make sense - if it means the lower arm outer bush (#4) there's only one of them each side of the car so the word "(front)" shouldn't be there.

This is all of the bushes etc on the rear end of the car, both sides:

Subframe bushes x 4 (#1 in your main diagram)
Upper arm inner bush x 2 (#2 here)
Lower arm inner bush x 2 (bolt 7 goes through it here)
Upper arm to trailing arm bush x 2 (#3 here)
Lower arm to trailing arm bush x 2 (#4 here)
Trailing arm to toe-in adjuster bracket x 2 (#2 here)
Damper bottom 'absorber' to trailing arm x 2 (#12 here)
Damper top mount x 2 (it's not a bush)
Roll bar to subframe mounting bush x 2 (#1 in your main diagram & #2 here)
Roll bar droplink to upper arm x 2 (#5 here)

I think I'd email the MOT station all of those diagrams and ask which one is the "Rear lower (front bush)"
