If the advisory is talking about the trailing arm bushes, they're available as separate items - #2,3,4
here. But the advisory wording doesn't make sense - if it means the lower arm outer bush (#4) there's only one of them each side of the car so the word
"(front)" shouldn't be there.
This is all of the bushes etc on the rear end of the car, both sides:

I think I'd email the MOT station all of those diagrams and ask which one is the
