FFS happens in post-2001 (approx) models, which have a two part filter housing. This is almost certainly what you have and the fix is the Fabled Orange Clip as you've already been advised. The low fuel pressure is the direct effect of FFS. You can get the filter clip from Xpart/Rimmer and eBay.
