Excuse my dull-wittedness but it's still not entirely clear in my mind.
PIAA looks definitely better, shinier & more powerful than the original halogen reflectors I've got in my Mk1 Cowley built.
But in my case, to improve as much as possible, which could be the best for a direct bulb swap?
I assume that PIAA are still halogen ones.
You tell me you've factory Xenons... why then going for PIAA if the former are better?

BTW I didn't understand clearly @impvan what you told us.
In short & clear words, what does that mean and which kind of bulbs would you advise?
