In France such a fake advert is liable to penalty and I would be very surprised it wouldn't be such in the UK.
What to do with him? Asking to take them back at his own expense & give me back my money? I've paid by Paypal...

Anyway why PIAA? Why not OSRAM night breaker Laser?
PIAA H1 isn't road legal and I would like at least H1 + H7 to be fitted.
