Not so, the UK and Canada is part of INTERPOL. The request has to come from the UK police for Interpol in Canada to act. They will only take reports from outside of Canada via your local police. They won’t respond from the general public. Interpol Canada will liaise with the Royal Mounted Canadian Police. Try here Facebook page
