Hi Richard.
I presume you mean the manifold if so the something like this below i put one together last weekend for a local member as a swap out Arctic.

Use oven cleaner, engine degreaser, washing powder, which ever but make sure you jet wash it all out after

make sure all the ports are clear.

You can reuse the rubber seals.

It should look like this inside after a good clean.

Add a clean MAP sensor cleaned only with carb cleaner and it is not sprayed into the hole, also do not poke anything into the hole.

Fit and bolt up the MAP sensor to the manifold before fitting it to the car.

Last but not the least fit a clean EGR again cleaned with carb cleaner engine degreaser, but not into the vacuum hole.

Once fitted you can fit the whole manifold EGR etc as one unit.
