In my entire driving life and MOT's never once has an MOT tester carried out any pre checks. I wondered if anyone has come across this?

We only ever refused to do a test once and that was because the car was too low to get on the bay. Stupid thing!

Tbh, I think most people would put those items down above as a failure/advisory depending on what it is.
