What's the general view on Brit part these days? Last time i looked at them on the landy sites the opinions were to stay clear as the parts appeared to be inferior and prone to early wear.

Hi Agree with David steer clear of Brit part in this case, even though they do some decent parts they also churn out some poor ones as well, when you visit these supply sites remember you are always given a choice between products as here below.
But as always we are talking a different price bracket, depends on the person purchasing the product.

Always ask questions before buying, hopefully this should help if seller is reluctant to answer questions stay well away.
