Attended the Croft Nostalgia race weekend yesterday. Took the ZT-T, of course so I could take her up Hartside. The usual romp up there was a delight. We then decided to take the B6277 to Barnard Castle, oh my what a road that is.
So quiet, and such a great blend of open twistes. The 190 soaked it all up whilst slapping a stupid big grin on my face. Subtly interrupted by the persistent annoying squeaks from "her" in the passenger seat.
What did she expect getting me tickets to see classic racing? Obviously we went the same way home.
I can highly recommend that road for a blast out if anyone is in the area. All the motorbikes stop at Alston or Hartside cafe.
