Thanks gents,unfortunately T4s are pretty rare over here,might try the old MGR dealer, they still do Landrover.
Hope as I already have a working key,they might just slug me lightly to get it to talk to the BCU !!!
As you say having a spare key that starts the car at least is a good thing.
Wonder how long it takes to match it to the BCU?
