We are about preserving our cars. Someone that makes a fleeting appearance could be selling a bag of worms for all we know. So id be inclined to say that members should be making twenty posts that are proper car related ones and be a member for at least a couple of months, that would weed out those that join to dispose of an unwanted vehicle.

It's no guarantee that if you buy a car from a long standing forum member it won't be a "bag of worms".
