Someone said (may have been Keith?) that the 66232C ECU did not output immediately on pin 4 once fired up. Do you know what ECU you have?

. Any kind of simple 555 circuit would do. Unfortunately my easy access to components is somewhat limited, so this kit is a much easier option for me.
