I've noticed that on my KV6 it is actually very difficult to stall the engine - even having the revs drop to zero, the warning lights flash up, silence for a brief moment and then it kicks back into life. I have heard rumours that diesel engines are more difficult to stall but then this is only hearsay amongst some friends of mine so don't know if it actually holds water or not
