That's the first thing turned off, second is windows updates (until I get a look and see what ones
I think I need as opposed to what
they think I need) I have had quite a few machines in for repair and when i ask what the last thing they did before it went off, most of them say "oh that windows update thing"
also people who continue to install and use p2p programs like limeware and bearshare despite me telling them not to, and then we have the ones who turn off zonealarm as it was "annoying" them.
