Water in the boot spare wheel well could be from rear light gaskets side vents behind the bumper side coach rails, water in the front & rear foot wells could be from same or the plenums have you checked the plenums it was shame you missed the handbrake fitting at mine i would have most certainly picked this up for you then. Now you will need the carpet taking out and the leaks soured & sorting thats for sure, as above i would get the plenums checked out asap if you have not done so already Arctic
