Does anyone know if these would be ok or should i spend a bit more on the mg one's http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-LKJ100992LP

Also would i need 'O' Rings etc, Ive ordered the thermo housing + pipes just want to make sure i get everything.

UPDATE- ive ordered the 2 inlet manifold gaskets as well now so just need info above on rings etc.
