what he means is that you can't just get a V8 front with all the fittings 'cos they aren't available. The bumpers can be found but the chrome fittings, grilles etc. not.

Simple and relatively cheap to sort- just change all four bulbs. Over time the 'orange' tint on the bulbs comes off. New bulbs and problem sorted.

Just be sure to read the 'how to' on changing...

R40 had the ebay 70mm tube fitted a few months ago. Engine sound is as quiet and as smooth as always has been. Fitment was straight forward iirc .

it's not the striker plate or catch; you need to adjust the rubber stops either side of the inside face of the lid. Twist them both in a turn or so until the chattering stops.

Hmm......on my 2001 car the front and rear fogs can be switched separately. The headlamps need to be on for either to work but they are not dependent at all.
