I hot glued 3 pieces to the bottom of each...

I hot glued 3 pieces to the bottom of each infill, this lifts the bumper up making a far better fit, each wedge was about 1/4 inch thick.

Use some of that bumper foam insert stuff as packing, the problem is that the foam infill is too small thus allowing the bumper to drop.
I cut some from an old infill into wedges and packed it out...

Also remove that fuse box and check the underside wiring etc, I know of a couple of cases where the fusebox was damaged internally.
