This torch is not a "Rover 75" torch. Yes, both are made by BMW, but, the genuine one intended for our cars has the space for the Rover 75 logo, and has a Rover part number stamped on the casing etc....

Had a quick half hour early this morning and swapped the reversing sensor loom on the tourer. Had to fit a saloon loom but it did the job and goodbye constant beep, hello working sensors!

I think it's more hassle than it's worth removing the entire glove box - you can get plenty access by simply dropping the cover down. You can reach all four nuts and disconnect the plug, 5 minute job.
