Can any one SAVE this ROVER 75 CONTEMPORARY SE 1.8 T TURBO

Hi all found this car on the auction website.
Is any one able to buy it and fix it up? I think the resail value of the car is much much more than the one advertised.
Its also a great car to buy cheap and fix it up!
