sunroof stuck
 

hi im new to the site so bear with me if i do this wrong i need some help my 75 sunroof is stuck half open iv tryed to crank iit manually with an alan key but its jammed do i have to drop the head lining to get to the mechanism as i presume something like a cable has come off can some one advise me please
