Intercooler pipe o rings

Hi, can these be bought in regular car parts supplier's as I'm outside the UK and postage and customs is now applied to purchases from UK

I got hold of some but its not just customs.. Any postage from outside the eu has a handling charge by the courier, vat and customs added on.
